This past article in The Toronto Star on Sunday discussed a possibility of making the 43 year old, Toronto Argos CEO, a potential leader of the Liberal Party, as a post-Stephane Dion era begins with a long goodbye. Actually, I think if he decides to go into federal politics, for starters–this American by birth, Canadian by choice needs to close the deal and become a Canadian citizen. Secondly, I think he should be Conservative (not only I am saying this because I have a membership in the party)–being a devout evangelical Christian (without the judgementalism and fanaticism) as he is and a responsible social conservative would be more of a place home for him. Also, his hard work of where he got to is a positive testament of what conservatism is all about. There is also rumour of him going into municipal politics in Toronto in 2010. Anybody but Miller is becoming more attractive and throwing Pinball Clemons into the mix makes it a heck of a lot more interesting.
